Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Indecision Killer mobile application ("the App") operated by William Chiang ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access or use the App.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App

3. Description of Service

Indecision Killer is a decision-making assistance tool that helps users make choices through a randomized elimination process. The App is intended for entertainment and casual decision-making purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The choices and options you input into the App
• Any decisions you make based on the App's results
• Ensuring your use of the App complies with applicable laws
• Maintaining the security of your device

5. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE APP'S:

• Accuracy or reliability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Availability or uninterrupted operation

THE APP IS INTENDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND CASUAL DECISION-MAKING. IT SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR IMPORTANT LIFE DECISIONS, FINANCIAL DECISIONS, MEDICAL DECISIONS, OR ANY DECISIONS WHERE THE OUTCOME COULD RESULT IN HARM OR SIGNIFICANT CONSEQUENCES.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any decisions made based on the App's results
• Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
• Any bugs, viruses, or errors in the App

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless William Chiang and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by William Chiang and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
